On November 23, 2025, Israel carried out an airstrike against a building in Beirut, Lebanon, killing Hezbollah commander and chief of staff Haytham Ali Tabatabai and four Hezbollah militants, and injuring 28 others.[2]

Events

Israel carried out an airstrike on a building in the Dahieh neighborhood of Beirut, Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah's commander and chief of staff Haytham Ali Tabatabai. Five people were killed and 25 were injured.[3] In addition to Tabatabai, Hezbollah identified the four other killed militants as Qassem Hussein Barjawi, Mustafa Assad Barru, Rafaat Ahmad Hussein, and Ibrahim Ali Hussein.[1][4]
