The serial is posted only on the blog so far, you can find it here https://ilona-andrews.com/category/blog/kate-daniels-world/roman-serial/ or by clicking on the banner at the top of the page that says “Free Roman serial. New post every Friday”.
Once they are finished with their weekly update on the blog, the serials are usually edited and published in several formats 🙂 .

Think pre-diabetes for autoimmune diabetes. I thought I knew about diabetes, but when the diagnosis applies to you, the motivation to learn more is amazing. Diabetes is kind of like becoming a parent. You get all kinds of advice, but you are basically an amateur who must figure it out for yourself while on the job, 24/7. I would like to recommend a few sources that helped me know what I should do, though I don’t always do what I should. – The Diabetes Code by Dr Jason Fung. This is for type 2 and deals a lot with diet, but has good information. – Dr Bernstein’s Diabetes Solution by Dr Richard Bernstein. Geared for type 1, but good if you want more in-depth information or end up on insulin. – Diet doctor website. https://www.dietdoctor.com/ A great site for information, but also a ton of recipes. – Blood Sugar 101 by Jenny Ruhl. She has a more relaxed approach to type 2. Wants to get the A1c down, but doesn’t think the goal should be that of a non-diabetic. I don’t agree. I think normal is a great goal, I just don’t always achieve it. I’m sure everyone else is giving advice, but at the end of the day, diabetes is something you must manage for yourself.
